What to Look for in Veterans Realty Services

Luckily, there are a handful of veterans realty programs and networks out there. Whether you're looking to buy a home, sell a home, find a loan partner, or even become a veteran realtor yourself, there are options!

Veterans Realty Services

Let's cut to the chase. When looking for a veterans program specifically for real estate, you want a process that makes your life easier. No one wants to jump through extra hoops with a typically stressful process. When selecting a veterans network or program, here are some boxes to check off your list.

AGENTS LOCATED NATIONWIDE

Having proper knowledge of the home buying and selling process is one thing. Knowing the differing factors veterans face through the real estate process is another. Yet, having agents nationwide is a whole other incredibly important feat. You want an agent who is well-educated on the local real estate market that you're looking to buy or sell in. Asides from knowing the market itself, having nationwide agents also adds an advantage by providing insight when buying a home from school systems to sought after neighborhoods.

VETERAN LOAN EXPERTS

Working with a team of agents and lenders who are experienced with VA Loan is incredibly crucial. Though unfair, home offers that utilize a government backed loan are commonly looked at with a wary eye by those selling their home. Why? Out of fear that the funds won't come through and the real estate process will become delayed. Having the right team with the right experience puts these fears to rest early in the process.

A WELL-ROUNDED PROCESS

Okay, onto checkbox three. There's nationwide agents who are specifically trained in veteran real estate, perfect! Another bonus is the addition of military friendly lenders. The combination of unbeatable! You can get pre-approved with programs like these before the home buying/selling process even begins. Yet to mention, the agents and lenders will be familiar with working together, making for a seamless real estate process.

VETERANS REWARDS

Finally, the exciting part! A lot of companies dedicated to veterans realty services put their signature twist on veteran rewards and benefits. From "cashback" checks to free home buying and selling courses, there are a number of possibilities. Do your due dilligence and explore the Veterans Networks that would benefit you most!

A Bit About VREB Network

VREB Network, short for Veterans Real Estate Benefits Network, is founded and owned by a Veteran. Our CEO, Colonel Eric Criner, launched VREB in 2012 after seeing the struggles active duty military and veterans face in the real estate industry.

WHAT IS VREB NETWORK?

The mission is straight forward. We offer home buyers and sellers world-class real estate services while providing veterans the largest rewards check in the industry upon closing.

HOW DOES VREB WORK?

How does it work? With the help of our nationwide agents and lender partnerships, we pair active duty military, veterans, and families of fallen veterans with a real estate agent in their area. Each one of our real estate agents undergo VREB's Veteran Certified Agent Course (VCA) to ensure they're up to date on the latest in VA loans and military real estate. Additionally, members of VREB have the option of matching up with one of our trusted lenders to get pre-qualified for the home buying and selling process.
