Veteran Real Estate

In today’s aggressive real estate market, many veterans struggle to find a home with VA Loan misconceptions. VREB Network helps combat the complications.

VA Loan and Military Benefits

You would think that Veteran Benefits are in place to help Veterans, not cause discrimination. However, in the incredibly aggressive real estate market that has overtaken the country, many real estate agents veer away from having to deal with extra hoops including VA Loans. We’ve heard the horror stories of realtors who assume a client doesn’t have any money to put down on a home simply because they’re utilizing a VA loan. In all reality, this is simply a lazy misunderstanding. VA Loans aren’t that difficult to grasp. However, it takes veteran friendly real estate agents who are willing to learn and apply that knowledge.

Finding a Veteran Realtor

Yearly, VREB Network helps over 3,600 Active Duty, Veterans, and Spouses of fallen veterans navigate the world of Veteran real estate. From the very beginning step of pairing you with a veteran friendly real estate agent to getting a Rewards Check in your account, VREB is here to help.

Our process is simple. First, tell us a bit about yourself including contact info, location, and whether you’re looking to buy a home, sell a home, or both. VREB also inquires whether you’re already working with a lender. If not, we can set you up to get pre-qualified with one of our trusted Lenders. From there, our team will find an agent in your region to pair you with who guides our clients through a stress-free real estate process. All VREB agents must undergo the Veteran Certified Agent (VCA) training course to join our Network. With the help of our VCA course, agents become familiar with VA loans and other common complications of Veteran real estate.

Veteran Real Estate Programs

VREB isn’t the only one, but it is among the best Veteran Real Estate Programs. Why? Well, our founder Eric Criner understands the struggle.
