Veteran Friendly Real Estate Agents

Looking for an effective Veteran Realtor? VREB Network consists of agents nationwide!

What to Expect from a VREB Veteran Realtor

VREB began with one sole purpose in mind: To make the home buying and selling process easier and rewarding for Veterans. We accomplish that every day by pairing Veteran friendly real estate agents with Active Duty, Veterans, and the families of fallen soldiers.  When working with our team, you can expect the best of the best.

VETERAN CERTIFIED COURSES

Before being listed as a part of the VREB Network, all agents undergo the Veteran Certified Agent Course.  The goal is to ensure that agents are well-prepared for any common mixups that veterans often face throughout the home buying and selling process.

FAMILIAR WITH VA LOANS

Believe us when we say, we know that VA loans can be an absolute pain to navigate. VREB agents learn about VA Loans throughout the VCA course. Additionally, VREB Network includes a number of Veteran Friendly Lenders who help navigate the course of action.

HOME REWARDS GUIDANCE

As for the most exciting part, the rewards! VREB's Veteran realtors guide you through the process of earning rewards. Our members can earn up to $7,500 based on the buying/selling cost of their home. Annually, VREB donates over $1 million in veteran rewards.

Streamlining the Process

VREB Agents can be found nationwide. Joining our network is done within minutes. All we need to know is contact info, location, and details on whether you're buying or selling a home. Then, we help pair our members with an incredible agent like Eric!
The VREB program has been an amazing program to allow me to connect, thank, and honor so many active military/Veterans for their service to our Nation. Working together, we have made an impact in Veterans lives while making home buying/selling easier and less expensive. Thanks VREB! -Eric Gardner, VREB Agent

How much does it cost to join VREB?

Joining VREB is free for active duty military, Veterans, and the spouses of fallen veterans. However, it is very important that you become a member of VREB Network prior to beginning the home buying and/or selling process. This way, we can make sure you are set up properly to earn Veteran Rewards and Benefits.

Do I have to work with a VREB Agent?

In short, yes, you need to be working with a VREB agent in order to earn your rewards. However, if you have an agent that you prefer and enjoy working with, just let us know! VREB can guide your agent through their own process of joining VREB Network that way we can uphold our standard of agent knowledge.

What if I'm already pre-qualified by a Lender?

You're ahead of the game! Nicely done. VREB's network of lenders are here for our agents as an added benefit, not a necessity. However, we do encourage our members to check out our lenders as well just to ensure you're getting the best rate possible.
