This is to give notice that the VREB Program and Agent Network (“VREB”) has a business referral relationship with Credit Saint. No Credit repair company guarantees specific results or that you will eventually qualify for a mortgage. Those home buyers, who aren’t Veterans, and complete a Licensed Credit Repair Program and sub-sequentially purchases a home with a VREB Network Agent, will earn a $600 reward benefit to help defray credit repair and home purchase costs.

For any home buyer to qualify for a VREB Membership Reward, the home must close, buyer must use a VREB assigned Network Agent and sign their VREB Membership Agreement

VREB doesn’t share or sell your personal information nor share your credit repair participation with any third party other than your original lender.

Once any home buyer completes their credit repair and becomes “Purchase Ready” ,VREB will notify the original lender who introduced them to the VREB program. That lender will be asked to provide you and VREB a Mortgage Prequalification Letter to begin the home search. You are under no obligation to use this lender but is highly recommended.

Your credit score has a significant impact on the actual mortgage rate you receive. The better your score the lower the rate. In addition, all loan programs have a required minimum score to qualify.
