A Florida Housing Program

The Florida Hometown Heroes Housing Program makes homeownership affordable for eligible frontline community workers by providing down payment and closing cost assistance to income-qualified homebuyers so that you can purchase residence in the community in which you work and service

  • Eligible Borrowers can receive up to 5% of their loan amount in the form of a 0%, non-amortizing, 30 year deferred second mortgage (Maximum of $25,000)

  • A Minimum Credit Score of 640 is required to qualify for this Florida Housing Program
