Common Questions About VREB® Network and Veteran Home Benefits

There is no direct cost to register with VREB® Network. Rewards are made possible through participating network professionals

VREB® Network works with veterans and military families nationwide through a network of trusted participating professionals serving all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Puerto Rico.

After your transaction is completed using a VREB® agent, you sign your VREB® membership agreement, and your reward is calculated based on the sale. That reward is direct deposited into the bank account of your choosing. VREB® staff never asks for your banking information. National 3rd-party company will process your deposit.

No. While many clients use VA loans, the VREB® program may also assist veterans and military families using other financing options.

Yes. Support may be provided for home purchases, home sales, or both depending on the client’s situation and goals.

Of course, about 20% of our buyers/sellers are non-military.  Instead of a VREB® Reward, we purchase a one-year home warranty for them, effective at closing. They still also get our account manager/issue resolution, access to lenders, and an excellent VREB® agent.
