After your transaction is completed using a VREB® agent and depending on your sales price, a VREB reward is deposited in your account or available at closing
Yes, in most cases no down payment is required. However, eligibility and lender requirements may vary.
After your transaction is completed using a VREB® agent, you sign your VREB® membership agreement, and your reward is calculated based on the sale. That reward is direct deposited into the bank account of your choosing. VREB® staff never asks for your banking information. National 3rd-party company will process your deposit.
To qualify for the reward, you must work with an assigned VREB® Network Agent, not required to use our Lender.
Rewards can be up to $10,000 depending on the value and structure of your transaction.

Yes, VREB® Network is a legitimate real estate benefits program designed to thank Veterans and Active-Duty service members for their service while helping them receive additional value when buying or selling a home. The program connects you with experienced agents and VA loan lenders (if needed), and rewards are provided after closing when you complete your transaction through an assigned network agent. All terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements are clearly outlined in the VREB® Veterans Membership Agreement. Not required to use a VREB® Network Lender.
There is no hidden catch. To receive rewards, you must register with VREB® Network and work with a participating agent. The reward is based on the sales price and amount of commission earned by the network agent from the transaction and may vary depending on the details of the sale. All terms are disclosed upfront so you know exactly how the program works before moving forward. (commissions vary by sale)
